The climbing duo Barbara “Babsi” Zangerl and Jacopo Larcher are not only an exceptionally strong partnership on the wall, but also life partners. Together, they have completed numerous demanding and significant climbing projects, including free ascents on El Capitan, the north face of the Eiger, and major alpine walls in Pakistan.

Barbara is an Austrian climber widely regarded as one of the best all-round female climbers in the world. Throughout different stages of her career, she has climbed at the very highest grades across all major climbing disciplines, including bouldering, traditional climbing, sport climbing, multi-pitch climbing, and big wall climbing.

Jacopo is an Italian climber from South Tyrol, where he began climbing at the age of ten. After a successful junior competition career in lead climbing and bouldering, he chose to leave the competitive scene and dedicate himself to outdoor rock climbing. Today, he is considered one of the leading figures in traditional and multi-pitch climbing, with notable first ascents in Italy and Austria, as well as free ascents of legendary big wall routes.
