Polish climbers Michał Czech and Wadim Jabłoński, together with Slovak climber Adam Kaniak, completed the first ascent of Chumik Kangri (6,754 m) in the Karakoram range in Pakistan. They climbed a route approximately 1,100 meters high on the mountain’s south face, with difficulties up to M6 / A1, which they named The Great Gig in the Sky. The ascent was completed over three days, from September 14 to 16, 2025.
